Here are several simple and inexpensive ideas that can help ignite serving in your church. These ideas are not just outreaches or community service projects; they are culture-catalysts for your church. So take these ideas, put them into action and watch as God does something incredible in your community, your church and also in you!

Partnering With Other Churches

Partnerships between churches can radically transform what we're able to accomplish for the Kingdom. As we intentionally build relationships with other churches and pastors our community, our potential is multiplied and we move closer to being the unified body of believers that God intended us to be.

Relationships are simple to develop, but they don't happen automatically or build themselves. Take another pastor to lunch, send cards and birthday gifts, attend the event or conference that another church is putting on to show support; you will be amazed as walls come down and a great relationship is built. At the end of the day it's not about our event or movement, it's about people knowing Christ and Him getting all the glory.

Creating a culture of serving

The culture of your church speaks volumes to your community about who you are and what you care about. When you intentionally create a culture of serving, it shows the lost in your city that you care about them. Here we share a few ways to develop and promote a culture of serving at your church.
